الطريقة الأولى: الحذف الفوري من داخل التطبيق (موصى بها)
إذا كان تطبيق كفّة مثبتًا على هاتفك، يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناتك فورًا وبخطوات بسيطة:

افتح تطبيق كفّة
سجّل دخولك إذا لم تكن مسجلًا بالفعل على هاتفك (آيفون أو أندرويد).

انتقل إلى شاشة «الإعدادات»
اضغط على أيقونة الإعدادات (الترس) من الشاشة الرئيسية للتطبيق.

اختر «حذف الحساب»
مرر لأسفل الشاشة واضغط على زر «حذف الحساب» باللون الأحمر.

أكد طلب الحذف
ستظهر لك رسالة تأكيدية تنبه إلى أن الإجراء نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه. اضغط على «تأكيد الحذف».
النتيجة الفورية: يتم مسح حسابك ومحفظتك ورموز جهازك من خوادمنا تلقائيًا في غضون ثوانٍ، وتسجيل خروجك من التطبيق فورًا.
الطريقة الثانية: طلب الحذف عبر البريد الإلكتروني
إذا قمت بإلغاء تثبيت التطبيق من جهازك أو تعذر عليك الوصول لهاتفك، يمكنك تقديم طلب حذف يدوي عبر مراسلتنا بالبريد الإلكتروني:

Option 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)
If you have the Kaffah app installed on your smartphone (iOS or Android), you can initiate an immediate and automated deletion:

Open Kaffah
Launch the app on your phone and ensure you are logged into your account.

Open Settings
Tap the gear icon from the main screen to open the app settings.

Select «حذف الحساب» (Delete Account)
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and tap the red Delete Account option.

Confirm Deletion
A warning dialog will explain that this operation is permanent. Confirm to proceed.
Immediate Result: Your account profile, gold holdings, and notification tokens are permanently removed from our backend servers in real time, and you will be signed out immediately.
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email
If you uninstalled the application or can no longer access your device, you can submit an email deletion request directly to our team:
Subject Line:Delete Kaffah Account (or حذف حساب كفّة)
Required Details: Please send the message from the email address registered with your account, or state the phone number associated with your account, so that we can verify ownership before deleting the data.
User Settings: Custom configurations and saved preferences.
Retained (Limited & Anonymized):
Aggregated Anonymized Metrics: High-level system statistics that cannot be correlated to any individual person or account.
Legally Mandated Records: System security or audit logs retained only for the duration required by applicable statutory regulations.
Processing Timeframe
In-App Deletion:Immediate and automatic upon user confirmation.
Email Requests: Verified and completely processed within 30 days of receiving your request. A confirmation email will be sent once the process is complete.
